LRC conducts customer service and event management training for UHO

To deal with almost 3,000 dormitory residents and staff housing beneficiaries every day and to facilitate at least two events every month need skilled staff. Hence, the UPLB
Housing Office (UHO) conducted a customer service training with event management last 26-27 January 2017.

The facilitator of the event were from the UPLB Learning Resource Center led by Prof. Mark Lester Chico and Sheryl Edd Hermosa-Ebron. They shared (LRC-OVCAA) knowledge on how to deal and manage customers effectively. (JCSuizo)
